So Ryan ,my little brother, asked Micah and I to help him out with asking a girl out to the dance, it consisted of 20 gallons of Jell-O, swedish fish, and a kiddie pool, and lots and lots of water!

Back East Trip
I'm finally getting around to blogging our Spring Break trip! We had a chance to fly into Maryland, and then road trip to Washington D.C., Savannah Georgia, and then to Raleigh North Carolina.
Our trip consisted of visiting Laura and her cute lil' munchkin Mylo, touring the Smithsonians to see the Hope Diamond, Dorothy's ruby red slippers, R2D2 and C3P0, and then we met up with our friends Dewey and Abby to go to Savannah Georgia (The most haunted city in the nation) to take a haunted ghost ride, see the beautiful parks and the moss on the trees. Then onto Charleston NC (a beautiful town) We got a chance to see an Aquarium with a sea turtle, and jelly fish. And finally Raleigh NC, to sleep and be on our way back home!
It was definently an eating trip! I think both Micah and I both gained a little bit of weight....but it was worth it to get to see all the sights and to be with my fun and loving hubby!

Sir Stumpy has arrived!
So here's our newest addition to our family, Stumpy! He is also a miniature Schnauzer like Tika, but much more hairer than Tika ever was. He barks at me when I tell him no, and he loves to lick, lick, lick.
He loves Micah the best, wherever Micah goes, Stumpy follows. He whines when Micah leaves too!

Miss Tika Platt
She's decided that she likes "Grandpa Jensen" the best, he let's her bite him. She knows when Micah is coming home from his ever so light footsteps up the stairs, and she adores the snow! She runs and plops right in it.
History
It started in the summer of 2005 one night at Cabin Fever Cafe where a young server girl ran to greet the new dishboy, recently off his mission. The two years after that meeting was what you would call a "On/off" relationship.
We realized that we were never boyfriend/girlfriend until we did get engaged!
Our engagement lasted 9 months...a little long for Utah standards we know! We both had plans of working in California (Me So Cal, Micah No Cal) and were away from eachother for 3 months.
When we got back from our summer jobs it was time to make sure that everything was ready to go for the wedding: September 21, 2007.
It was a great day to get married in the Salt Lake City Temple. It went by so fast though! From the time I woke up and got ready to after the reception. We had a luncheon at the Lion House where Micah's fun and loving mom works, to the reception at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building!
After the honeymoon a cruise down the Mexican Riveria, we jumped back into school again! We had a cute apartment ready to go, and then we decided for a puppy: Tika!
