Key West

I know, I know, it's taken me FOREVER to get these posted ;) we had such a blast in Key West with our great friends Luke/Dewey, and Abby. After a long flight to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida we got to drive down to beautiful Key West. We weren't actually in Key West but we were 20 minutes away from all the activity!

Here's all of us! (We almost didn't get a picture of all 4 of us until the last day)

Here's good ol' Stubs, he's soo big!

Abby (who's 6 months prego, and has the cutest "bump" i've ever seen!!)

Jeff and Camie sent us on a mission: Find some Kino Sandals!! We finally found one in the back of an alley! But for those who want these cute sandals we found out that you can purchase them online too: www.kinosandalfactory.com But it was so fun to experience the real thing.

Here's the view that we got to see every time we stepped out of the house!! So pretty!

Here's the place we got to stay at. We loved it :) It even had a washer/dryer inside so that we didn't have to travel with stinky clothes!!

Ok...so I'm not a fan of Key Lime Pie, at all. It was so tart and just wasn't what I was expecting. But I did try it everywhere we went, but in the end got a cookie, or dippin' dots :) I want to try Micah's mom's Key Lime Pie though, my parents raised me to try everything!!

Here's Micah who LOVED the Key Lime pie!!! Yummy!!

Here's a cool picture that Micah took of the sail! The boat/catamaran?!? we were on was so spacious and big

Ha ha...sorry...i just had to post this one. These women who had an "alternative lifestyle" were from Italy, and totally had the armpit hair!!! gross!!! ha ha. But the funny thing was they shaved their leg hair...but not their armpits, WEIRD!!

After snorkeling we found a huge ice cream!!

My turn!

Luke's sister, Ally, was working in Key West and took us to a great beach. It was heavenly!! so warm and a slight breeze to keep you cool.

Luke and Abby found a "bar" but it was a tasting one for hot sauce! They build you up to the hottest one they can let you taste in the store. They actually have waivers that you sign if you buy the hottest ones stating that you can't sue them for how you use it.
They had toothpicks that they just dipped in, and micah was sweating!! You couldn't put the toothpicks on the table, because it would ruin the varnish!

Hot glasses babe!
Boo airports!! We had 2 layovers on the way there, and on the way home.

Micah had a request of a cinnabon, and he finally found one. I'm not a huge fan, because my grandma's cinnamon buns are soo good, they just can't compare.

It looks like you had sooo much fun! And to think we were here in the snow all week! Those ladies with the armpit hair is hilarious! You wonder how in the world they are not grossed out by it?!

Glad you guys had such a good time! Cute pics!

I think you guys were made for the beach! What the heck are you doing living in cold cold Logan. It looks like you had fun and I hope that great tan lasts until we actually get some nice weather that sticks around here.
